The Early Childhood Mentor Network supports experienced early childhood teachers interested in mentoring and joining a professional teacher's network in New Mexico. ECMN Mentors are recognized professionals in the field of early childhood education dedicated to supporting high-quality early care and education in their communities.

ECMN Member Requirements

  • Attend monthly mentor network meetings
  • Complete on-line mentorship training courses for college credit in the first year of membership (Fall and Spring)
  • Host Early Childhood practicum students and abide by mentor teacher guidelines
  • Complete an on-line ECERS/ITERS training or provide proof of current training at the time of application
