President Announces CNM Distinguished Faculty Award Recipients

April 30, 2014 -- CNM President Katharine Winograd recently announced 11 recipients of the CNM Distinguished Faculty Award. This new program honors one of the college’s greatest assets – faculty.

The CNM Distinguished Faculty Awards program was established earlier this year to recognize a full-time and part-time faculty member from each CNM school for their outstanding achievements and contributions to teaching and service. Honorees were nominated by their colleagues and then all nominees were required to fill out a detailed application. Finally, a team from each school evaluated the nominees and selected the award winners.

 The recipients are:

  • Mark Danley, full-time instructor in the School of Math, Science & Engineering
  • Paul Dow, part-time instructor in the School of Health, Wellness & Public Safety
  • Anita Evans, full-time instructor in the School of Adult & General Education
  • Ronald Forstbauer, part-time instructor in the School of Applied Technologies
  • James Gore, full-time instructor in the School of Applied Technologies
  • Anna Griego, part-time instructor in the School of Math, Science & Engineering
  • Kathleen Kaestner, full-time instructor in the School of Health, Wellness & Public Safety
  • Khaled Kassem, part-time instructor in the School of Adult & General Education
  • Mark Love-Williamson, part-time instructor in the School of Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences
  • Carol Rogers, full-time instructor in the School of Business & Information Technology
  • Kris Roush, full-time instructor in the School of Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences
