Learn More from CNM’s Employee Assistance Program on ways to Manage Stress and the Post- Holiday Blues

November 12, 2014 -- CNM will be providing an opportunity for employees to learn ways to manage stress and post-holiday blues. In partnership with CNM’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Deer Oaks, presentations will be conducted on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3 at various CNM locations.

To help alleviate stress, employees who attend will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary five-minute chair massage.

Remember that CNM’s Employee Assistance Program is a valuable resource available to faculty, staff and student employees. EAP is a program that offers free confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, work/life balance coaching, online tools, tips, article, and more.
