Aug 09, 2016

Beginning Sept. 19, users accessing the internet through "alternative" browsers such as Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, Chrome, etc. will be required to enter their CNM username and password before connecting to the internet. When a popup box displays, enter your regular CNM username (entered as "domain-name\username") and password, and proceed with your Internet session. If the web browser is closed and reopened, the user will be asked to authenticate again. Users will be required to precede their username with the domain name when logging in (i.e. admin\jsmith, campus\jsmith). Staff members are typically in the "admin" domain.

Computer users that use Microsoft's "Internet Explorer" will not be required to go through the secondary login process. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Service Desk at itsservicedesk@cnm.edu, or call us at (505) 224-HELP (4357).
