He has taken the point-person leadership role for industry contacts, program equipment needs, and for evaluating lab safety. Curtis holds numerous certifications and keeps abreast of new information in his field. He has developed an internship program for automotive students and is currently working on a hybrid online distance learning course, as well as an automotive hybrid (online and on-campus) vehicle program.
