CNM to Launch Next Phase of Talent Management System

March 24, 2016 -- The implementation of CNM’s Talent Management System that will help the college better recruit, train, manage, develop and empower employees throughout their entire employment life cycle is progressing toward the implementation of its second phase. The Employee Training module was the first phase of the project – it was launched in September 2015.

The next phase of the Talent Management System is the Recruiting Cloud, which is scheduled to go live this summer and replace the “PeopleAdmin” software, creating a new “CNM Jobs” environment. An official launch date will be announced later this spring, and trainings on the new software system will be provided. Cornerstone is the software provider.

The Recruiting Cloud will help CNM better manage, recruit and build talent pools, both internally and externally, and better manage and track the applicant and hiring processes. It will also enhance CNM’s branding and improve the candidate experience.

The Recruiting Cloud will also allow CNM to:

  • Provide internal and external users the opportunity to share open jobs via social networks.
  • Manage the interview process.
  • Create career centers that allow prospective candidates to be notified when new positions are posted.
  • Quickly access candidate skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and employees throughout the screening process.
  • Search for and compare internal and external candidates.
  • Manage the offer process.
