CNM Launches New & Improved Student Admissions Application

CNM Launches New & Improved Student Admissions Application
The landing page for the new student admissions application, which is followed by a more streamlined, easier to understand process for students attempting to be admitted to CNM.

Dec 13, 2018

The CNM student admissions application is moving from its current location in Banner to our new Constituent Relationship Management system (CRM) today, Dec. 13. This new application provides an easier to use interface, making the application process more streamlined and clear for students. It’s the first upgrade to the student application in 14 years.

Some improvements to the application are:

  • Easier to use login portal
  • Quick quiz embedded in application to help students choose the correct type of application
  • Streamlined residency questions to limit errors in responses
  • Options to list preferred name and pronoun

The previous application resulted in frequent errors, delaying or stopping students’ efforts to be admitted. With a better process for choosing the proper application type and residency information, these improvements will also mean a better experience for CNM employees working on the back end of the application.

Those interested in learning more about the new application can login to myCNM, go to “Talent Management” and search under Employee Learning for “CRM Student Admissions Application Overview.”

If you or students have questions about the new admissions application, please call the Contact Center at ext. 4-3000 (or 224-3000) and press 4.
