Upcoming events include:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 10 – Educational Resource Fair/Scholarship Workshops, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Student Services Center (SSC) Building, first floor and SSC conference room. Students can meet with representatives from four-year institutions in New Mexico to discuss transferring there and with scholarship representatives.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 18 –Community Resource Fair, SSC Breezeway, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. -Representatives from several community resource organizations that can provide services to Native Americans will be on hand.
  • Thursday, Nov. 19 Tyra Preston to give performance/lecture, 4:30-7:30 p.m., Smith Brasher Hall, Room 100.  Preston was nominated last year for a Native American Music Award in the country music category.
