The school of Business & Information Technology (BIT) at CNM is pleased to announce its first cohort of graduates from the brand new Bilingual Customer Service program. The cohort started in the spring and finished this month.

The program helps non-native speakers of English become successful bilingual call center representatives by focusing on essential writing, business professionalism, and telephone skills. Participants also earn an ESOL (English as a Second Language) Certificate. All the graduates are now qualified to apply for a variety of jobs including Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Bilingual Online Support Specialist.

BIT anticipates a new cohort of 15 students will start the program this fall. If you’d like more information about registering, please contact Ana Patino-Guillen at (505) 224-3938 orbilingual@cnm.edu.
