Parking Services is located in the Public Safety (PS) building on Main Campus (map).

Campus Maps

All lots on Montoya, Westside, South Valley, Rio Rancho, Advanced Technology Center and Workforce Training Center require a general parking permit. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis.

Additionally, ParkMobile, a way to pay for parking from your smartphone, is available for use at Main, Montoya and Westside Campuses.

Main Campus

You have two options for parking: free general parking or reserved paid parking.

General Free Lots

General parking is extremely limited on Main Campus. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis.

Register for a general lot permit to get access to the following parking areas:

SB and BMX

You can find general parking in the Smith Brasher lots, (all lots west of University Blvd), or the BMX lot.

Isotopes Baseball Stadium Lots

The Isotopes Baseball stadium lots can be used by students, faculty and staff members and are available for overflow parking. A valid CNM general or paid parking permit is required to park in these two areas. However, parking is prohibited on game days or during special events. You can view game schedules below:

Your vehicle will be towed if you are parked in the Isotopes lots during these restricted times.

Paid Permit Lots

Paid permits are lot specific.  Purchase a paid lot permit to get access to one of the following parking areas:

  • North
  • Central
  • JS
  • PPD
  • TC
  • SSC/MS
