About Us

ITS Service Desk acts as a first contact for the ITS department and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support via telephone, email, the ticketing system, and PC remote control.  We measure our success weekly via industry-standard best practices Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Hours of Operation

1 Week Before Term 

8:00 a.m.  2:00 p.m. 

First 3 Weeks of Term

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m.  10:00 p.m. 

8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Regular Term

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. 

Term Breaks (Non-Instructional Days)

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 



Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours:

  • Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.
  • You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed.
  • Select option #2.
  • Leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account passwords or computer problems.
