OneDrive for Business

Students and staff have access to 1 TB of storage in the Microsoft OneDrive for Business cloud.

OneDrive for Business

Students and staff with @cnm.edu e-mail addresses have access to 1 TB of storage in the Microsoft OneDrive for Business cloud as part of Central New Mexico Community College’s agreement with Microsoft.

If you are eligible, you can use the OneDrive for Business storage until you graduate or are no longer enrolled or employed at Central New Mexico Community College.

An Internet connection is required to access OneDrive. Please note, OneDrive for Business is not the same as OneDrive. For more information, please see this Microsoft document: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/onedrive-for-business.


How to get OneDrive Storage:

  1. To access OneDrive, navigate to https://onedrive.live.com/ in the Internet browser of your choosing.
  2. Select Sign in from the upper-right corner. Enter your @cnm.edu e-mail address at the resulting screen. Select Next.
  3. Sign in with your @cnm.edu e-mail address and Central New Mexico Community College computer password.
  4. From the resulting screen, select OneDrive to open your OneDrive storage space.
  5. The next screen will show the contents of your OneDrive for Business account.
