The submitted form serves two purposes: 1). It will be an acknowledgement from the student that they understand what is expected of them, 2) the advisor will know to work on the file to get it packaged and adjust SAP if necessary.
ATL students suspended for completion or GPA will still need to submit an appeal.

Code Description   1.   Students on warning are given 1- term to meet whatever cumulative requirement has put them on warning.  If they do not meet the cumulative requirements, even if they have a great term, they will be placed on suspension once the grades roll over. Since we are unable to know for sure how a student will do during a term, we should always encourage them to take advantage of the payment plan until the final grades have rolled over.
