Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity (FSEOG) is awarded to undergraduate students with an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of '0'. Federal Pell Grant recipients receive priority for FSEOG awards and are automatically considered for the grant.

FSEOG recipients must not have earned a bachelors degree and must be enrolled in eligible courses in an eligible program of study.

The amount awarded to a student is based on availability of funds and is prorated based on a student's enrollment. At CNM, the maximum award is $600 per year and is generally awarded during the Fall and Spring terms.

Due to limited funding, these funds are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. It is important to apply early because of limited funds.
