Payment Deadlines

Registration payment deadlines.

Payment Methods

If we have not received payment, or you haven't set up a payment plan, by the listed deadlines, you will be dropped from your classes.

Deadlines by Term

Fall 2020 Payment Deadlines

Prior to July 24

If you register for classes before July 24, you must make your payment or arrangements by July 24.

July 24 – August 19

If you register for classes between July 24 and August 19, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by the Friday following registration. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

August 20 – August 24

If you register for classes between August 20 and August 24, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by Wednesday, August 26. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

August 25 – August 26

If you register for classes between August 25 and August 26, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by Friday, August 28. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

August 27 – September 2

If you register for classes between August 27 and September 2, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by Friday, September 4. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

September 3 – September 10

If you register for classes between September 3 and September 10, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by Friday, September 11. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

On or after September 11

If you register for classes on or after September 11, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by the Friday after you register. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

Spring 2021 Payment Deadlines

Prior to November 6

If you register for classes before November 6, you must make your payment or arrangements by November 6.

November 6 – December 31

If you register for classes between November 6 and December 31, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by the Friday following registration. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

*Special Note: CNM will run the drop for non payment process on Friday, December 25th.

January 1 – January 5

If you register for classes between January 1 and January 5, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by Wednesday, January 6. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

January 6 – January 7

If you register for classes between January 6 and January 7, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by Friday, January 8. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

On or after January 8

If you register for classes on or after January 8, you must pay in full or make payment arrangements by the Friday after you register. Payment is accepted through myCNM until 10:00 pm.

Changes in Your Schedule

If you do not attend a class, don’t assume it will be dropped. You are responsible for dropping any classes for which you are registered. You are responsible for any charges associated with your class schedule. You may receive a grade in a class even if you do not attend and fail to drop.
