Health and Wellness
Check with your health insurance provider about the ways in which they're helping during this time. You may not have to pay co-pays, deductibles or coinsurance for tests and treatment related to COVID-19.
Finance and Employment
If you have lost employment, had your hours reduced or have had to self-quarantine without pay due to COVID-19, please visit the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions.
Telecommunications and Utilities
Free wireless internet connections can be made from your vehicle in specific parking lots on CNM’s primary campuses. You can access the CNM wireless network by using your CNM username and password. To view maps of wireless coverage, see this PDF. Please remember to follow guidelines for social distancing and to stay in your car. If you have questions, email itsservicedesk@cnm.edu.
Many companies, such as Comcast, are offering assistance through free Wi-Fi hotspots, pausing data plans and other offerings. Visit your ISP's website or contact them for more information.
Visit the websites of your utility companies or contact them to learn more about the ways in which they're helping. Disconnections of service, for instance, are widely being suspended for a period of time.
