Kids enjoy a previous Hour of Code event at the CNM STEMulus Center in downtown Albuquerque.

Nov 15, 2018

CNM will host the international “Hour of Code” at six CNM locations during Computer Science Education Week, Dec. 3-9. A popular global movement, the free Hour of Code event introduces kids to the excitement of coding through fun and interactive activities, such as building a basic game with themes like Star Wars and Minecraft.

The event will walk participants through basic coding activities that are designed for 2nd through 8th graders, but kids of all ages are welcome. Space is limited, so sign up early.

For locations and dates, and to sign up, visit www.deepdivecoding.com/hour-of-code-2018. The event is being hosted by CNM Ingenuity and CNM’s School of Business & Information Technology.
